How do I place an order?

Visit the Products section of the website and add items to your cart. Proceed to checkout, settle your payment, and await delivery / pick-up details from one of our representatives.

 

What are the payment options available?

You may pay for your purchase via any of the following options (fees apply):

 - Bank deposit to Carniceria Ecija Corporation in any of the following accounts:

   Banco De Oro (Account number: 0068-6810-3611)

   Metrobank (Account number: 5617-561-001835)

 - JustPayTo (go to justpay.to/ecija) for payment via credit / debit cards, bank transfers, GCash, etc.

 - PayPal for payment via Paypal accounts and credit cards

For payments made via bank deposit, please send proof of payment so we can confirm your orders via email (ecijafoodsph@gmail.com), direct message on our facebook page (www.facebook.com/ecijafoodsph) or via mobile / Viber (+639178070067). 

 

Do you have cut-off times for orders and payment? 

Yes, our cut-off time for placing orders and payment is at 6:00pm daily.

 

How can I see the status of my order?

We will notify you via email once your order has been placed and when we confirm receiving your payment. We will also coordinate with you directly when arranging for deliveries or pick-ups.

 

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Depending on your location in Metro Manila and availability of Grab / Lalamove riders, our lead time is typically at least 3 hours.

 

In which areas do you deliver?

We currently only serve Metro Manila orders for now (more areas to come soon).

 

How are orders shipped?

We typically use Grab and Lalamove to deliver. Delivery / pick-up costs are shouldered by the customer and either booked by us or the customer.

  

Can orders be cancelled?

Once payment has been made, all orders are considered final.

 

Are you looking for resellers of your products?

We are always seeking enterprising individuals who would like to be a reseller of our products. We offer packages with attractive returns to get people started.

 

How do I apply as a reseller?

Send us an email expressing your interest at ecijafoodsph@gmail.com. Please indicate the area you intend to sell in. Our representatives will get back to you with a short list of requirements so you can begin selling as soon as possible.
